So I have a '95 Miata that is sans engine and is partially torn down. I'm thinking of selling it and I think it would be most valuable to someone wanting to build a spec miata.

Any idea where I should post it for sale?

Try NASA FS section as well. I've seen quite a few Miata specific stuff for sale there..
