Just me or is that tire on backwards?

 

At the time there were just 2 of these tires in the country and paint was better on this side of that 1990 Miata.

The direction only makes some difference in the rain, local racers with LOTS of negative camber in their suspensions often run them backwards to even out the wear between SCCA events, etc.
