Discount: GodSpeed Radiators
Mine is in. Fit was tight and hit at the front rad support driver's side. I spaced it with some high density foam which filled in between the upper support and the front of the radiator. Had an issue with the OEM fans not fitting and am not running them currently as it is chilly these days and I don't need them. If I was to use OEM fans I think I would only use the AC fan as there is more room on that side. It does take longer to get up to operating temp as well, but I am still not boosted. I can see one of the spiral fan arrangements with a shroud in my future before the California summer arrives.

i started a lexan shroud, so far its been pretty easy just tedious with a POS dremmel from HFtools, im waiting on budgeting to free up to get some 10" fans, in the meantime i will figure out what to seal it with...what do ya'll think

i was thinking to use some kind of foam strip like in some OEM applications where one side is adhesive, im sure i can get that cheap from like napa or autozone or something
what i would do is cut a sheet of lexan about an inch and a quarter larger than the actual area you want to cover. then use a heatgun and a makeshift break to bend the lexan at an angle to fill up the gap.
i bought some automotive weatherstripping at lowes. It's rated to 180* (yep, i'm pushing it beyond that, obviously). Once the car heated to operating temp, it started smelling funky and i noticed the adhesive was already coming loose from the radiator.
That is not a good solution.

thanks for the input
do you think the same would have happened if you placed the sticky side on the lexan? thats what i was thinking about doing, this way when you take of the shroud the foam stripe goes with it...you know what i mean...
let me know what you think
thanks for the input

that would probably work. when i bought the foam, my original intent was to stick the foam to the stock fans. well, the fans are kinda funky shaped behind the lip. there really isn't a good flat place to stick anything. so i had to reverse the idea.
you're dealing with a flat surface to a flat surface, so that should work a lot better. plus the tape should adhere really well to the smooth lexan.
