I appreciate the effort and the opportunity Sam, and would really like to jump in this but Christmas shopping season is killing a lot of my upgrade aspirations at the moment. I'm sure that is plaguing others here as well. Maybe in January or February this would fly better.

Sadly Energy suspension doesn't offer a full kit for the 99 plus. How ever if you see something else they make that you need we will take care of you.

 

Sure they do. Only the sway bar bushings don't work. Which doesn't really matter when just about every bar you buy comes with them.

No problem. They are all installed on my 00'. Shouldn't be any different for a 99'. Install went smooth, quality stuff.
