unfortunately, there's a problem with the site. it won't let me choose less than a quantity of 40 electric green/white boost gauges. lol.

Sorry, but i only want one. :p

Prosport Gauges 12-06-2007 07:27 AM

I was the one who originally posted about visibility problems. Loved the look of my white/green/amber boost gauge mounted in the center radio 3 gauge pod in the top radio spot in my NB.

BUT, it was unreadable in the daylight with the top down. It reflects the image of whatever shirt you are wearing.

These might be better for an a-pillar pod install but I have no experience with these gauges in an a-pillar pod.

It works. I also like the new site layout.

You guys should really consider making some high quality high resolution or "action shot" of your gauges available, maybe even a user submitted section.. Its sometimes difficult to judge the clarity of them by the small images that are there.

Yeah, we are working on that, the old site had no restrictions to size, this one max width is 300

The website pictures do not do the gauges any justice, they are crisp & sharp with great color uniformity.

There you go. I imagine if you talk to them when it comes time to purchase they will work something out with you.

Yeah, I'm sure we'll hook you up..

Question about the gauges. Does the map sensor for the gauge needs its own 12v + GND or just Signal + Gnd? I am curious how many more wires I have to run.

Prosport Gauges 12-07-2007 04:41 PM

actually it depends on which series you are running. The premium Series(peak/warning) gauge has a quick connect wire that goes from the gauge to the sender. that's it.

The Performance series gauge -the sender needs power, ground and signal wire to the gauge.

Saml01 12-07-2007 04:49 PM

Hmm, thats what I figured. OOOK. Not a problem.

levnubhin 03-12-2008 09:25 AM

Anyone have any feedback on these gauges? I want to order 3 but would like to here some opinions. Is the discount still available?
