Hey all, need someone to check out my timing map. I'm picking up knock above 4500 when I go WOT, from what I can tell when I go WOT in a higher RPM area (4.5k, 5.5k, 6.5k) and run to redline I pick up knock. I make very good power if there's no knock event (VERY good, actually). Go figure. The turbo is currently being stretched to it's limits, I imagine the 2560 is beyond maxed when it spikes to 18psi. I would very much like to switch from MBC to EBC, but alas it hasn't been fixed yet.
However, if I'm WOT from 3k-redline, there's no knock issue. I need an opinion on my timing map, if anyone has a chance to take a look. I'm hitting 11.3-11.5:1 for AFR during most cases. The only cases I am not keeping up is rapid switching between WOT and off. I have the knock sensor calibrated with a reasonable amount of breathing room, but it's possible I might have it too close. In any case, opinions?
Edit- Off the wastegate I see 14.5psi max and maintain 13-14psi without any knock events. And this is flooring it from 4, 5 and 6k to redline going from vac to 14psi.

Life is too short to load the Hydra software, post a screen-cap. If you experience detonation and you're hitting AFR targets, you should probably pull spark, lol.
I'd bet $10 that you're getting tip-in knock due to boost overshoot. Flooring it from 3k doesn't allow the same overshoot, which means no knock.
My suggestion would be to switch to an ECU that has working EBC.

^ That's possible. I'm not getting the issue with it if I go off WG pressure. I gotta look into how to re-enable it on 2.7 and test how it's working, but in the mean time here's my timing map in beautiful JPG format.
On a side note, they made an option to export maps to CSV and BMP, but the bmp spits out the map itself and not the timing table.

Likely. Switching ECUs is expensive and time consuming. Getting a standalone EBC would be an option. AS Sav is an AEM fan, they have a good one available.
