I'm so ******* tired of trying to get my miata to run. I changed some **** on my MS and now I can't get the ******* car to start. Got rid of the spark mods and gave the stock ecu control again. The car will turn over, just wont start still. I've tried to start the car so many times now that my battery is dead. I have no jumper cables, none of my roommates do either. I wish someone would just come steal this thing so I can claim it on insurance....

I was just kidding (before I'm flamed) - Sorry to hear about your problems. I know how frustrating it can be esp when you want to get on the road. I have enough problems with the Link - little own a MS.

I'm mainly just pissed about the battery, I can sort out the other problems with enough time. The fact that the battery is dead just put me over the edge for today. I just have too much work between tests and project reports due this week to have any time to work on the car. That coupled with spring break being next week and me living 4 hours from home are really getting on my nerves. Potentially being stuck here for spring break sucks.

Before you do something stupid walk away from the car for a bit, get a ride home for spring break if necessary, but relax. This is a hobby.

PS. Focus on school, you can buy a **** load more turbo miatas with the better salary cause of your good grades.

I do all the work on my car when I'm home (also 4 hours from me), pretty much for that reason. I don't want to get stranded at school with no garage and minimal tools.

Not if this is your DD...I'm in the same boat...I finally got my torsen in and the car is back on the road...next weekend I'm going back home to take my rear bumper and fender off and replace/fix them. *sigh*

Sorry to hear about your issues...SOMEBODY has to have jumper cables...or you can just take it(the battery) to autozone and they should be able to charge it for free.

lol, yeah. A DD would be nice. And not being able to find a rear end locally has nothing to do w/ being a good mechanic?

You can get a battery charger at WalMart for as little as $30.

hence the reason I have a stash of parts, but no turbo on the car yet. Until I get another daily driver this car is staying NA. I think it will only take me 1-2 weekends to boost it, but more than likely it will be closer to 2-3 months and I would prefer to have a way to get to work in the mean time.

Werd on that, that's all i have. Let it charge all night and get back to work on it the next day. Rinse and repeat if necessary. Saved my *** more than a few times with numerous cars.
