Default 1.6 vs 1.8 Oil Dipstick Favor

I know the part #s are different, but if anyone has both, can you please check to see if they are physically different?

Or if someone knows the answer already, please chime in.

Thanks.

They are physically different. So is the 99-00 dipstick (not sure about 2001+). We did a comparison a couple years back at a shop I worked at. All 3 were different lengths.

I don't recall for sure, but I think it was less than 1/2" from the longest to the shortest.

that's wierd! i had a 90 parts car, and i took the dipstick out of it and put it in my '95 1.8L i'm pretty sure i compared the 2 because i was wondering if they were the same or not. they were exactly the same. unless my '95 had a 1.6 dipstick already. i think it was the original though. i swapped them because mine was missing the finger loop as usual. does anyone else know for sure or can you tell me which is longer or shorter?
