I want to stress the lack of security in wifi these days. WPA2 is fast becoming outdated and the ways to attack it are increasing. The best thing you can do is use a long, random string of characters. This will not always save you, but unless you are being targeted, it won't be worth the time for someone to break in.
For those of you familiar with wifi pen testing, check out the link below... http://code.google.com/p/pyrit/ I won't even bother mentioning how worthless WEP is. oh here is your picture.. http://pyrit.googlecode.com/svn/tags...ritperfaa3.png |

I am pretty sure an ar or ak would stop them in their tracks.

Too bad those cards are outdated already... welcome to computer performance!
Last night alone I created a rainbow table for my router with 5 billion words. |
Those mob thieves are using basic pack mentality. They figure that the 1 or 2 employees cant stop ALL of them. Granted they have cameras, but they may not catch everyone via film. Depends on whether or not the kids have a criminal history and are in the system, live local enough to find them, did they get plate information, etc.
I agree that the clerk did the right thing. No point in trying to stop 30+ people (if you want to call them that) for a measly $600 worth of merch. |

I think you are missing the point... which is you can now utilize your GFX card to brute force WPA/WPA2 a lot lot faster than what you could do with your CPU. Making brute force attacks much easier for the average Joe.

Thanks FRT. Now I'm not going to get anything done at work today.

Also, you can use two of them to pinch people's fingers. |
