The apple store is consistently the worst user experience of my life. They seen to find a new and innovative way to piss me off every time I'm forced to walk into one.

I've never actually set foot in one. It's just that as you walk past this particular store, it's immediately obvious that it's going to be a strange experience. Mostly because stores usually contain, well, stuff. This one is just a completely empty glass cube rising up out of the ground like a fat, transparent monolith.

I had to go to one for the first time a few months ago as my wife's few day old iPhone 6's screen cracked.

It was so awful. First we had no idea where to go. Apparently you're supposed to look for the hipster with the tablet, but everyone in the store was a hipster with a tablet. So I had to go ask someone else, and they said that person wasnt where they were supposed to be but to line up in the middle of the store and wait... so we did. then we got yelled out for standing in the middle of the most crowded store in the world... I'm assuming it was so crowed because the user-base is so retarded and the products are always broken forcing a bunch of idiots into this room together.

Then the amount of BS the "tech" went through just to approve a new screen replacement was retarded, was doing diagnostics and checking for water damage and all this shit. I wanted to kill myself.

That's one very happy puppy.
