(To be clear, I did NOT father this child. It predated me *very* slightly (unknown to me at the time.) And yes, I feel great sympathy for her, despite having no culpability in the matter. Cognitive disability is a hell of a burden to enter life with.)

Ummmm, do what I had to do with my ex-wife (divorce was finalized more than 4 years ago), block her on all social media, block phone number, and block email addresses.
I had her blocked on social media pretty much since I moved out 4.5 years ago. I finally had to block her number on my phone and emails, since, 4 years later she still tries to bother me every 3-6 months with "I miss you, I made a mistake, I want to be back together."

Its loss is mourned, along with the loss of the Font dropdown, the Size dropdown, the VV button, the FBV button, and pretty much every other feature which Internet Brands and @Robb M. have deliberately taken away from us for no other reason than that they derive joy from observing our suffering. (I have it on good authority that Robert Brisco, President and CEO of IB, was seen getting into a BMW 750iL and speeding away from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan roughly 15 minutes before Jeffrey Epstein was discovered dead by "suicide," and was later sighted boarding a private jet whose flight plan indicated a final destination of Chappaqua, NY.)
