6:52 pm Delivery attempted; recipient not home

Oh yeah, Mr. DHL?! I've been sitting here, listening for the doorknock, knowing that my injectors are sitting in your van. But no, you're too lazy to actually knock? Just assume I'm not there? And what's more, you don't even leave a note saying you're reattempt?! So, where exactly are my injectors? GARSH!

UPS would have used your injectors in one of their trucks and then delivered them to your neighbor. Be grateful.

when I lived in Richmond, VA, UPS absolutely refused to deliver large packages...acutally when i finally had my turbo delivered (COD) I skipped classes and waited outside for it. When he showed up he drove right by my APT....I flagged him down and asked if he had my package, yeah he did, but he response was "wow, no one's ever home for these things"

I've had to meet up with drivers at least 5-10 times to get packages they missed. The dispatch lady knew my number and hated when I called

I'll check tomorrow at the apartment office to see whether they dropped it there or not, asusming I can get out of work by then (what kind of hours are 10-5 for an apartment complex anyway?)

Heh, my local UPS depot knows me by name. They even gave me their address to just ship things to for direct pickup.

I live in a small town.. related to one of the UPS drivers and one of the Fed Ex driver...
I get tires almost daily, so they all just back up to the garage and unload them there.

Once was I was waiting for my EMB (Fed EX), The tracking stated it had been delivered. But I couldn't find it (checked the neighbors as well). Called Fed Ex and complained... Turned out my Brother in Law had it, thought he was doing my a favor by picking it up, left it in his car and was half way across NY!!!

So needless to say I had to wait another week to install an EMB it because it went on vacation...

Both the Fed Ex drivers involved missed their bonuses for the month because of the complaint on miss deliveries... And they've been perfect ever since

Yeah the UPS guy knows me as well, i see him frequently back at school. The only reason i've ever not received a package was because one was left with my neighbor the rest of the times were because my roommate is a lazy f' who won't get out of bed at 2pm to sign for my stuff.

God Dammit!

I got them today, but they're not as advertised. First, they're dirty as **** (said they had been cleaned), and second, they're the rectangular plug (told me they were round). 19550 1350. So I guess I'll have to check impedence.

Say goodbye to getting this running before the wedding

You should take me up on using my 1.8 injectors and FMU.

Does it run? Come by. We'll get you going and street tune. Get that WB installed?

Yeah with just the injectors you should be able to get at least wastegate pressure. Probably, don't know what spring you have in the can. I've got TWO BEGi FMUs here. I'm not using either.

I'm thinking wastegate is 8psi...I don't think 1.8 injectors would take that.

Probably not. Injectors alone should be good for 170 whp. Can always use an FMU if needed to bump fuel pressure. Adding a little pressure, but staying within the working range of the stock pump, there is sufficient fuel for 200.

Maybe I should just say screw it, buy some NAPA connectors, solder them on and use what I've got.

yeah, *after* getting them serviced.

The MS will run them if they are high or low Z. Low might even idle better.

UPS delivered my rollbar and both of my custom-order Willans harnesses, a 70lb, 4ft long triangular box that was worth north of $1000, to my neighbor. I had sent a friend to my house to wait for it to arrive. To her credit, the driver came back and apologized, but it was still a rather large fuckup. I've also had them put items on a truck, drive them around for a Friday, and then stick them back in the depot until Monday.

**** UPS. FedEx is cheaper and more reliable to boot.
