He was also well within his right to block in one direction once they pulled on the straight. He only went left, and continued to pull left. Had he darted one way and come back and hit him it would have been ugly...but like you said, just good, hard racing. (with an ugly ending)

Corvette should have showed nose left after the bump and run, then darted right when he made the block move. May not have been enough to pull off the pass...but you have to try and pull it off the right way instead of staying left and hoping someone will let you get away with a **** move like that in the last turn. I woulda pushed him all the way off the track too.
