I've got to say, I never thought you could ruin American Gladiators. Somehow they managed to do just that. I swear the show was like 75% talking and stupid contestant interviews.

I read that the militia dude is an ex-gay porn star on IGN.com. I can't really understand these interviews.. do the people practice being so tacky?

Yes the talking sucked and it was generally corny as hell but the eliminator for the first women contestants was hilarious. The black chick just lying on the ramp, given up. Both of them falling face first into everything. That was worth it for me.

im watching it. I don't think it's all that different from the old-school version other than more commercials and more talking.

Seriously.. you wanna see some real shit, watch Ninja Warrior. Those guys put american gladiators to shame.

I thought it was ok, then again, I only barely remember the original since i was in elementary school at the time. Ninja warrior is way better, true.
