Anybody remember this guy? (PVC intercooler boy)
Damn. That's sad. I mean, if you were gonna build an intercooler from Lowes, he could have done sooo much better....
Use Steel pipes instead of PVC as it will transfer heat better and will act as a heat sink better.
Buy a bunch of copper **** and make on but that would be $$$ but might prove to work well.
Kidding. I can't believe anyone would do that. I mean, Lazzer is the king of cheap and even he wouldn't make the intercooler PVC, though charge pipes are fair game.

well lazzer did it to use as a sort of functional template for making the aluminum pipes... it allowed him to **** up a lot for cheap and save the pricey mandrel bends for after he trouble shooted the squeeks and rattles.
Yup, dropped it on on Saturday actually (2" F, 2.4" R) so it no longer has the factory "prison sex" stance.
...I've been away from the Miata too long, I'm modding the OTM...

I just explained to my mother what I was laughing at while on the phone with her, and her response was: "PVC pipes for an intercooler? That's just stupid, why would you do that?"
It only made me laugh harder.
