i will getting back into the biz once i buy a house here in charlotte, its easy secondary income....tax free (mostly) and there is an insurance auction just 20 miles from me $$$ its all for the miata though

You usually just need a dealer's license and bonding.
A lot of times, you can get in with a private wholesaler, have him buy for you, and give him a tip (like $200 per car). |
