Anyone else abhor xmas?

I like Christmas. This evening we'll be having Chicken Enchiladas and then opening presents. After a nap, we'll be attending Midnight Mass. Tomorrow we'll be going over to have lunch with my wife's cousin and his family (if it's not snowing excessively).
I guess I just look to the reason that we are celebrating not at the commercialism that has been piled on it. We sat down with our kids and talked reality. Mom and Dad aren't going into debt for the next year to push a bunch of useless things for them. They gave us a list of things that they really wanted. My wife and I decided what we could afford and bought most of it online. We strive to go nowhere near the malls if we can avoid it.

I've been married for 18 years. My wife knows that I DO NOT celebrate:

My wife puts a tree up and lights but I do not help. She buys presents for a few people for xmas and bdays but that is it. For me, every day is the same as the last. I don't celebrate ****...
