It took me long enough to learn to type in QWERTY. No thanks, I'm good.

I use the right-handed dvorak layout, but can still hunt and peck on qwerty: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvorak_...anded_versions

This.

I could not imagine how hard it would be to try and break a life long habit of typing QWERTY, and have to learn this crap. I don't think I could ever do it. I would constantly have to think about what I was typing and force myself to not go back to QWERTY.

One handed pecking is a bit slow with the QWERTY, but I try not to post here often when jerking it...

Qwerty makes your move your fingers everywhere, I honestly hate it.

I'm switching over.... as soon as everyone else does.

On another note. They really should have pushed this layout +25 years ago when it still had a chance.

I'm with pdexta on this. Whether or not I switched all of my computers to DVORAK, my work computer and all other computers around me will still be in QWERTY. There really is no point, QWERTY is too familiar.

I'm waiting on my G15 to come in the mail, so I just now converted my old keyboard for the hell of it (and because I'm drunk).

This should be interesting.

Windows shortcuts suck with this layout, but it seems like i could pick this pretty quickly.

Colemak seems pretty viable.

Wow, learning this is so much easier than QWERTY because you can do so much more with just the home keys! I can be lazy now and not move my fingers.

I set a keyboard shortcut so I can easily switch between this and qwertyfail for gaming.

You game??

I will switch when everyone else does, until then....I can imagine how changing would be difficult, but worse, once you change you realize no one else has and every other pc around you is qwerty still.
