No.
MUST BE A TII though. All I need is the carrier so you can pop the axles out, pop the cover, and just take the whole thing out, pulling the housing on an FC sucks.

just make sure she's a TII and not a converted NA with a turbo hood, the TII diff is 8" IIRC and the NA is 7" like the miata.

never compared the two (7 vs 8") but the clutch diff can handle a V8 and the torsen can not
and it's the cheapest and easiest way to not destroy my diff.
