He is a busy guy and can take some hounding, but he does have a new baby in the house. I had given him some parts, and he ended up not using them, and I ended up needing them, so he sent them back to me.

Just give him some time, and send him a PM every now and then, and he will get it to you. I do know for a fact that he has it, so he didn't outright scam you, but rather is just busy with other things right now.

Another thing they don't understand is im still young and I am currently a full time student in tech school.

And I'm sorry but, I could never know that the item was delivered since it's not at my home address. 304 km too far from it actually. I'll go this week to pick up your MSPNP and the torsen swap I bough from Tval.

I got my paypal account hijacked once for 800 euro and twice I received defect items that I lost the dispute for and finally once never got anything after a payment. So the dispute was a kind of legitimate to me. But old story as it's dropped.
