secret for me is right off the ball, start with O and W at the same time, maybe the O a fraction of a second before. Then when he starts to lean forward, go for the Q and P at the same time, this time with the Q just a fraction of a second sooner. Then repeat back to O and W. Looks a bit like a crazy walk, but it moves you down range.

 

works better if it's w before o, then q before p. i got 18.5 meters.

 

it also helps if you make sound effects like your on a motorcycle.

Somehow I got like 30m on my fourth or fifth attempt, and have done shitty since then.
