Default Best place to buy "new" UEGO?

Just wondering ... how come I see UEGOs, supposedly new, for $225 on ebay when they're $350 from AEM? Are these unscrupulous sellers, gray market, Chinese fakes, refurbished, or what? Someone please clue me in.

I'm not looking to buy anything until next spring. Just trying to educate myself right now. MiataPaul clued me in that FM's Hydra and Bell's Xede are NOT the only options in ECUs for my modded MSM. So now I'm planning to convert my budget to the Megasquirt religion. Hope that doesn't offend my rabbi.

Wasn't there a post in here about getting inovate from summit (although with a summit logo) for a good price ? I'd go that route as I've had issues with the quality of the uego..
