Black Friday Deal Thread
I picked this one up from Best Buy. They had it on sale for $499 one day matching one of Walmart's Sharp deals a couple weeks before black friday. Then I got $20 off for using paypal due to a promotion they had that week and then another 5% off I believe using Bing.com cash back.
I bought it online and picked it up in store. I had issues getting all those deals on the website for some reason. Ended up having to call customer service to have them complete my transaction and price adjust my purchase instead of doing it myself due to an error in their website.
I'm loving it so far.
Next I want a soundbar. I live in a small studio apartment and don't want speakers all over the place. I'm thinking the Sony HTC100 is what I'll end up getting, not for sure yet.

OK then I have my off-brand names mixed up. I definitely bought it from CC. Last time I looked for whatever Brand-X flat-panel I have I could not find one. I think the label must have died with CC.
I'll check out the Insignia.

On the topic of off brand flat panels...have you guys had good experiences?
I've seen a lot of deals on Dynex and Insignia...and we wouldn't mind getting rid of our 19" tube second TV.

The TV i bought is one of consumer reports top 4 LCD TVs available in the 42-46 size range I believe. The build quality is excellent, picture is great, and a 3 year warranty is sufficient at this price point.
