Gotta travel to boston for a week on Friday. I should have all of Saturday pretty much free to **** around...anything wicked cool to do/see/experience?

 

Get a roast beef super and onion rings at Bill N Bobs on Rte 1 in Saugus for lunch... if you like to eat that kind of stuff.

 

Whatever you decide... air conditioning should be a major consideration.

Outside things... USS Constitution and the North End, Paul Reveres House... standard tourist ****.

 

Where are you staying - Downtown, Back Bay? Boston is a supremely fucked-up place to drive, especially lately since there's been a lot of road/utility construction.

They have bunches of good museums and stuff - but so does DC, so.....

I hear the Duck Tours are cool but have never done it. Public Gardens and the Common are just OK. Italian food in the North End and Irish pubs everywhere are usually the highlights for me. mmmmmmm, Guiness....

 

if the sox are in town, you should go to fenway, buy some scalper tickets and catch a game.

reminds me of Richmond, only cleaner, and bigger, and not smelly, and organized....ok not like richmond.
