In the same moment "I got it on tape so we can press charges." I like the encouragement he got from the peanut gallery until he got a beat down.

That old dude went ape **** after the fact. Once you have adrenaline rushing through your body and something like that happens publicly in front of multiple people, and your still at the scene, its kinda hard to settle down and act normal. Granted he was a little overboard, but I wouldn't say he was crazy or anything.
