Default Buckyballs

There is a coupon code posted on slickdeals for 45% off your order from buckyballs. Ive wanted some of these for a while but Ive always considered them too expensive. So this was great.

Buckyballs 45% off!! - Slickdeals.net

Back story, There was a Groupon for some Buckys and Groupon canceled everyone's orders because the thing about Buckyballs being dangerous, hence whey the code is SuckItGroupon.

IIRC the government told them to issue a recall because they are a choking hazard and they told the government to go **** themselves.

How strange that small, powerful magnets are a choking harzard. I never would of guessed. Anyone that died from swallowing these is worthy of a Darwin Award and we are all better off.

I could understand the recall if they were marketed towards children. But why not recall all steak knives since your kids could cut themselves with them?

it's not because they are a choking hazard.

it's because if you get two or more in your intestines and they pinch the walls, you could end up with perforated intestines and die of sepsis. swallowing just one, probably not so much.

Close enough. It still involves you INGESTING them. Which anyone but a 3 year old would not do (well almost anyone).

Since they are not labeled as food, what happens when you eat them should have no consequence.

I have no time in my life to play with magnets, but for those of you that do, maybe you should watch this video.
