Default Built s2000 for sale to drool over..... no association

Hello.

I saw this and began drooling profusely, Just thought you all might like to do the same.

01 S2000 Turbo'd & Fully Built === 527 Horsepower === $30k+ In Mods - $19500 (Near Detroit)

If I could rationally come up with 20k.... oh my goodness....

Amazing part is blue book on that car is somehow $21,500. I have no idea why KBB would be so high on it, the cars aren't selling for that much.

After driving my car, I can't even imagine what 527hp in something not much heavier would feel.

So nasty. Sounds like it just needs some more injector and a few clockwise rotations to the boost controller.

My brother has been shopping around for S's. Sooo now I'm trying to convince him that he needs this. Detroit is just a short drive from Chicago...

I've driven a couple of them, they're really incredible cars to drive. No low end torque obviously, but enough to zip around town. They're just soooo much fun to rev!!

I texted the owner just for fun. Sold already. Still incredibly drool-worthy.

There is a difference between boring and clean. No gaudy body kits, the simple black interior, reasonably sized wheels, no wing.... Oi. Want. So. Bad. I'm not even a Honda guy, but S2000's are just seriously special little cars.

I Love my S, they are great cars but silverstone is the worst color ever invented, those wheels arent doing that car any favours and yes clean is nice I agree but come on, that bar and the a-pillar gauges...ugh just gross.

Eh, to each their own I guess, I really like that silver. Not that I wouldn't prefer black or charcoal gray, but I like it a lot better than the lighter silvers out there. I don't love the wheels either but whatev.

I'm really surprised with how many miata owners want an s2k. It seems like their power band is the antithesis to the "low-end" movement that's happening around here.

true story. S2000s are just such sick, sick cars. But they're expensive. Expensive to buy, expensive to fix, and comparatively rare. If something breaks on a Miata parts are plentiful and cheap, relatively, even on an NB. S2000's... not so much.

they're just such excellent cars. Best shifter ever, tight handling, really high-quality feeling interior... Though I prefer the look of an NB2, the S2000 feels much more solid and substantial to me.
