as an owner, I would hope its totaled.
repaired/rebuilt cars suck for resale and always have lemon issues.
a new car would be best for you if you can force insurance into replacing it.

Hats what I asked, cops said he passed breathalyzer but asked me several times if I suspected him of drug use. Said his pupils were enormous.
