Default Buy new, not used.

I learned my lesson today.

I bought 550cc "Denso" injectors from Fastcolt on this site to get them inside Venom boxes, with Venom flow tests.
Thread here:
https://www.miataturbo.net/miata-parts-sale-trade-5/denso-550cc-pnp-injectors-sale-almost-new-46046/

The only similarity to what i was informed is the fact that they say denso on the side of them and the off chance that they are 550CC.

The injectors i bought were OE equipment on some Dihatsu J47S engine which are ~180CC from research which is not 550cc. They were redrilled to flow more.

Anyhow... buyer beware, **** like this sucks ***** and now im stuck with these injectors which have a bad rep and no support.

/rant.

Buyer should not beware.

Chris is a stand up guy. 3 or more members on this board have seen his car running on those 550's. I personally helped tune that car and with his built motor and big *** turbo he still had it tuned fairly rich. These ARE NOT 180CC injectors.

If you really do not believe these things will flow 550cc's, send them to injector rehab and have them cleaned and flow tested. There is NOTHING wrong with recalibrated injectors, that is what most subaru guys run.

Coles notes for people that dont read.
Buyer beware: you might not get what is listed.

Venom injectors are renound as junk due to not flowing similar to what is described.
Venom has no support.
Venom injectors have no quality control.
Venom is dealing with a potenial class act suit due to all of the above.

i would not have bought "venom" injectors if they were listed as such.
