Default A/C Unit for Horizontal Sliding Door

Is there any way to mount an A/C unit on a horizontal sliding window/door?

All I can find are ones that mount on vertical sliding windows.

It's getting pretty hot here in Bakersfield.

Thanks.

I've seen mini-doors that have the latch on one side and the latch receiver on the other that fit into existing sliding doors.

They have some in-room a/c's with piping out the back. It would be easy to attach the hose to the doggy door.

Or see if a local glass shop will cut your sliding door glass to the measurments you need.
