messiahx 07-07-2009 01:53 PM

That is SO last year. But I can't wait for the next/final installment of HL2. Best Sci-Fi FPS ever.

Joe Perez 07-07-2009 04:06 PM

Hmm. Apart from Guitar Hero, the last VG series that I was really into was the whole Doom / Quake franchise. Guess I'm about 10-15 years out from anything really popular. My losing interest pretty much coincided with the hardware requirements for games getting really insane.

Braineack 07-07-2009 04:12 PM

Try Fallout. First two have VERY modest requirements.

I got enough credit card rewards points for $150 of Best Buy gift cards, so I ended up picking up GH:World Tour.

BAD. ASS.

The drums are pretty much my favorite-est thing ever.

Oh, and the last game I bought prior to that was the Orange Box, so I'm getting a kick out of these replies, etc. etc. etc.

Oh my god, you ------s and your guitar hero.

Trent 07-07-2009 04:26 PM

Well, I actually play the guitar as well. Does that make you feel any better?
