Capacitors
For those who participated in the mini GB, who has received their cap?
I sent out 14 letters. 9 were returned 2 days later, stating $.17 postage due. I took those to the post office and walked them to the clerk. She told me it was $1 something due each because of the size. I paid for the postage. One more was returned to me Saturday, stating $.17 due. I'll get that one out tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get a different clerk who only charges me $.17.
Another dude sent me a PM saying that his envelope came, but it was empty. I need to ask him how much postage was on that envelope.

Rafa, thanks but don't worry about it. I'm going to chalk it up as my fault; I should have known that USPS is a bunch of ball lickers. I hope you guys see that I'm trying to be above board here, so PLEASE let me know if these things don't show up.

postage was .72 on top of whatever a stamp is nowadays.
