Your turbozz needs at least 24h to cool down in between WOTs, yo! You can do max 1 WOT per day, perhaps 2 if you are careful. My buddy told me this and he has a civic so it is for sure true. Honda turbos cool down much faster then Mazda turbos BTW, thanks to V-tec, yo. That is why Hondas are faster. Now go change your oil.

To be safe you should change it before and after merging. The real question now is what oil brand are you going to use.

ok but you have to:

* do it in 4th gear from off-idle
* put cardboard in front of your car's mouth
* have your laptop on your lap
* have some greasy guy with opinions on tuning based on 4bbl carbs riding shotgun

I'm not sure what most of those have to do with oil but if you're going to do it, do it right.
