No joke, who was saying they were thin cause they look good to me. Not that I want silicone piping now but for people going this route, those pipes are not going to fail you at all.

That guys garage is insane, i've never seen such a clean room garage queen. Crazy, not sure if i like it or not. Bet he has stacks of oil absorbent pads and a little robotic vacuum that operates day and night.

Yeah, I already razzed him on M.net; asked him if he's ever done an oil change in that garage before.

Hell has he even driven his car anywhere, the garage floor is so clean it looks like his tires never pick up any dirt.

Day or night, you can only use the robot with the garage door closed. Otherwise, it falls off the edge of the concrete garage pad and can't make it back. Then your wife pulls up and runs over it.

I can't imagine that FM would sell something that might cause issues with the kit.

Has everything in that garage been sterylized?

If I had one it would operate from 8:30 to 11:30 that way it could clean everything deposited that previous day. Then again i'll probably never have one.

All those nice new turbo components are pretty nice looking, makes my rusty manifold look like crap.

Yup, looks like it. Man, when he had that BRP 'charger, there was no end to his moaning and bitching on BRP's forum. There were a metric ****-ton of happy customers on that forum, but he had every BRP/TDR bell and whistle and was never happy.

Judging by how ---- he is about cleanliness, I'm guessing he just has ridiculously high standards for an aftermarket forced induction kit. Should be interesting to see how pleased he is with the FM kit...especially since he's going from a big positive-displacement supercharger to a turbocharger.

Wow, does he know there's medication available for OCD now? That kind of clean just isn't normal. He takes ---- to a whole new level.

I was the one that commented on them. They have several layers but the ones I felt had more flex that the Desiel truck silicon pipes I bought at NAPA/Orelliys when you squeezed them

meh... mine will be that clean... the trick is the epoxy coated floor and plastic on the lower parts of the walls (gunna use shower backsplash boards). That way you can blast it with the power washer every other week.

Pitlab, I wasn't specifically trying to call you out in this thread, as I mostly just wanted to post pics to make fun of this guy's uber cleanliness

However, I did want to show just how thick those pieces are...they're not going anyway under boost.
