That reminds me of the ******* terrible calls at the end of the Arkansas and Florida game last night. Those two calls led to Florida making a TD and gaining the win. Stupid home refs.

 

More than "stupid refs" I'm starting to lean towards my conspiracy theory like I've gone to with the NFL and Nascar. Few examples: 2001 season, Ptriots sucking it up, 9/11 happens they start an undefeated streak the next week nd go on to win how many SB's? Controversy about underpaid black coaches in the NFL..what happens the very next year? Yep Tony Dungee and Lovie Smith (can't complain on this on too much as I'm a Bears fan) end up in the big game together.

I've got money on Texas and Florida in the National Title game, why...? Everyone says Texas got screwed last year after beating OK and OK going to the Title game instead of them...

Bama should be the #1 team in the Nation, hands down Tech probably should've won the game last night but they didn't play the best game they have this year (how much of that was just b/c they we're pissed about the officiating I don't know but either way we could've won and blew it) Texas def. should have lost to OK yesterday but somehow pulled it out in the end...

Our O was rockin, but come second half our D just couldn't stop that triple option to save their lives.

 

Granted..... but I'm still holding to my theory about NFL and College both going the way of wrestling and being "fake" as hell...the NFL has progressed much further than College though.

 

yea those are horrible.

It was an eerie feeling driving on to campus today and having half of it blocked off with police tape

 

Wow that really sucks..I know it's just sports which is why it's s damn irritating, especially in college, just let the f-ing kids (yea 1/2 of them are older than me, I know) play football w/o the BS.

 

If anyone is watching baseball playoffs you would see that umpires have been missing a lot of calls and have been very inconsistent.

We got plenty to look forward to...Tech is still becoming a college powerhouse slowly but steadily, Beamer will get his National Title before he ends his already 23 year head coaching career at Tech.
