Commercial truck GPS systems
Anyone here have any experience with these?
I've been reading reviews for the last hour and I cant seem to find one that people are happy with.
Thanks bros

Are you talking about the units intended to allow fleet owners to track the status of their vehicles, or the nav units intended for use by the drivers which are like the normal consumer-grade ones but with added data on bridge clearances, scales, etc?

I'd like to enter the truck dimensions and weight to have it keep us off the restricted roads and away from low bridges. An optional odometer setting to keep track of miles trip by trip would be a plus as well.

I'm leaning toward the Garmin Dezl series. Rand McNally looks good too, but as far as reviews go, Garmin has a better mapping system.
We don't need POI or "specialized trucker options", we just want to avoid low bridges, parkways and "no truck" roads. If anything the mapping is the most important part!
