Do what I did to one of my roommates. Put up another craigslist ad with his phone number saying you have a donkey you are giving away for free, because you have to move and you want it to have a good home. People go crazy for free donkeys.

I've looked at so many overpriced piles of **** craigslist miatas.

 

A car is worth what some dumbass is willing to pay for it.
Being overpriced means there are tons of dumbasses willing to pay more than they're worth for these cars. It frustrates me to see shitty *** tubs of rust worth no more than 1k-1.5k go for like 4-5 but I can't blame the sellers. Why let something go for cheap when you can get a lot more?

 

I must say that people who think their 90's NA with a chrome roll bar is a "classic" worth $5k should be sodomized by ChuckyZ.

 

+1. I get where this guy is coming from, around here 90% of the miatas I see on craigslist are "1990, rare automatic, 167k mile" miatas for $6000. On the other hand I've never felt the need to post an ad belittling the people trying to sell their overpriced cars. If I was selling a car, I certainly wouldn't be inclined to contact this guy.
