i didn't read it all but I got the idea. I'd be a little worried about water sloshing out of the cooler in the middle of a race unless that is prevented somehow in there.

Yep, baffles for the cooler might be a concern; but all in all a very good DIY, especially for the monies saved in the process for the same end result.
Not in need of one as of yet, but one I will be referring to this in the future.

Hustler can do this, if you can make it out of a mesh muscle tank top! Maybe an extra row to run through the g-string to keep the boys cool.

Hustler is still working on way to get it up his ***.... it's the return line that is the problem.

That is simple, you run 2 lines. The return line just needs to be deeper.
