Mostly it has to do with women and/or n00bs (to weapons) generally taking instructions better, instead of picking up a new rifle for the first time and thinking they already know how to shoot it. That's what our range instructors told us anyway.

Mine's been fine. Never a jam, FTF, or FTE over a few hundred rounds now. A few hundred isn't the test of time I know, but it certainly did not fail in its 2nd time firing.
It really ejects the crap out of some casings, probably some could travel clear across the range if they didn't hit barriers or people first.
Actually, it's fired more rounds without failure than my Glock "Perfection". Even my SIG has had the occasional odd jam.
