You can do all the exhaust/header/intake work you want and not gain any more than 10hp for most any car. Claims of higher are exagerations by those people who purchased all that aftermarket crap and have to justify it. IMHO.

Don't do an intake, it only gets you a couple of horsepower. Don't do a race cat it only gets you a couple horsepower. Don't do any head work it only....
