Default ------ Roommate

So Miles and I left our other roommate, Sean, home alone all winter break...

The house as a whole was not torn down, but shenanigans have happened. Apparently, according to a neighbor, he partied quite a bit. Also upon questioning him about some marks by the front door he told us about how he threw fireworks at a friend to try and scare him as he came INSIDE.

Also apparently he does not know when trash day is...

By his computer (his WoW fuel).

Now before going on to say that we should kick him out blah blah blah, I realize this. Problem is, he pays rent, and signed onto the 1 year lease with us, but he is definitely not renewing with us.

I like his collection of 32s like they're a bunch of trophies. Tons of 5 dollar pizzas and cheap sodas? What a skeezeball. At least he stacked and lined things up neatly.

Marijuana is a helluva drug.

But hey, as long as he pays rent on time. My last tenant was uber late with the rent three times, I almost went to her chain of command (she's Army) but it was her last payment so I let it go.

yeah atleast everything is cleaned up?

i have friends at my school with ALOT worse roommates than you.

roommates suck in general. Its rare that you will ever find someone that will always respect you and get along with you. Ive had my fair share of characters, and so far ive only been on campus.

I was once on the train and heard a guy complaining about his roommate. He said when he (the story teller) was in the bathroom and the roommate didn't want to wait to take a **** he grabbed a wastebasket from the living room and shat in it. He then proceeded to drag his *** across the carpet like a dog to clean himself.

This is a true story. People have no shame on the train for some reason. Point is he could be worse.

My last roommate came home drunk one night after he shat himself and just threw his **** shorts in the tub and got **** everywhere and went to bed. This guy used to be a good friend of mine. I no longer speak to him.

I wish he had been like your roommate.

Who ***** themselves, really? It's like an urban legend to me, I've heard of people doing it but never encountered it IRL (babies excluded).

I dont get it. It seems that everything is in place. Notice the first picture is all recyclables which appear to be ready to be recycled while the second picture shows all trash is placed in bags and out of the way. I think your just grumpy that he didn't invite you to the party.

the worst is when you are really sick. you start throwing up and just start shiting on yourself at the same time and you can't stop either. done that twice, it REALLY sucks.

Nope not really. I'm no where close to being a neat freak, but I respect the public spaces in the house.

Yeah, he smokes a LOT of pot, but whatever, he pays rent. It isn't my money he is wasting. He is a philosophy major if that says anything.

I know!

One of my friends down here was at a party with one of his friends who got so drunk he **** himself, realized he **** himself and tried to run for the bathroom, but somehow woke up in a kayak (covered in ****) in the apartment hallway . I didn't personally see this, but I heard of it's epicness.

The house really isn't that bad. I just thought the fact that he has lived here for 6 months and doesn't know when trash day is. And the fact that he threw fireworks and smoked in the house while we were gone, he would never think of doing that while we were here.

Also the trash bags were placed in the garage, when the can is just outside the door. Lazy ***.

It never gets better...

If this is the worst of it, you've got it real easy buddy. You must be a real clean freak...

On a side note...how does one **** at all after consuming all the cheese that was on those pizzas in a few weeks time?

Edit: Forgot about the colt 45, that'll even you out =P

Three of my friends used to room together, so their apt was always the place to hang out. One of them filled his room with so much trash you couldn't safely walk in it. I'm pretty sure the combination of rotting food, trash, etc. violated some kind of regulation. This guy also practiced knife throwing on the wall. And the best stunt...he filled a squirt gun with gasoline, in the kitchen, and decided to try and make a flamer out of it. Long story short, one of the other friends put out the fire and Mr. Retard is no longer allowed in the social circle. I still don't know how those guys got out of their lease so quick.
