Is anybody logged on? I'm in under my same user name, and have some invites if anyone wants one. I mainly do it cause my gf is. I don't workout hardly enough. Although I just got 20 more points for doing 15 pullups than my girlfriend got for a 8 minute mile.
you're gullible. What 57 yr old would be tracking a Miata, let alone a home brew turbo Miata?
At 57 I hope I'm not still working as a Nurse Tech for pennies while driving a beat 22 yr old Miata.... and I'm sure he feels the same

NT = CNA with a bit of extra training. At our hospital, we also have a Tech II, which is a tech who's passed at least one semester of nursing school.
CNA= day laborer of the medical world.

This:

You type what you've done, for example, I typed "pull up" in that picture, and you can see all the different varieties.
Then you say how many you've done:

Whether or not they're assisted or weighted, etc. It then calculates how many points for that. You get achievements and quests, much like achievements in xbox live games. These yield you extra points, and can help motivate you to do extra things. For example, I was going to do a dozen pull ups the other day to see how many points I got for them, just for fun. But then I saw an achievement for doing 15, so I did 3 extra. Those little extra reps or distances add up.
Here's a list of the quests, there's about 50 of them, related to different activities and different levels of difficulty. Some are fun, funny, and/or dumb.

They're all completed automatically and it's always a little exciting to plug in your workout and find out what you've accomplished.
Lastly you can comment and give props just like Facebook or a forum.
I'm by no means hard core about it, I don't work out enough, and I've only been doing Fitocracy for a few weeks, but there ya go, a fairly detailed explanation of Fitocracy.
Blaen, Feaflora, Pusha, Gearhead, and TorqueZombie all have invites now, it says I still have 10 invites, but that might be a bit of a bug.
Oh yeah, it's in beta testing btw. But you're not downloading any software, so I figure it's safe. And XKCD mentioned it:
