I like rat rods... but building one out of a miata would be stupid. the drawing is still kinda cool though.

 

The spare tire on my Porsche looks like exactly like the red rims on that miata.

 

The fenders are off my car atm, and I was thinking if someone took a old beater miata, took off the fenders and smoothed the unibody, and made some sort of nose cone it actually might be cool.

definitely bolt up some open trailer fenders from Northern Tool


and then some utility lights to the fenders

 

with all the bondo or welding, or what have you to fill in the holes in the unibody to smooth it out, there might not be any weight saved in the end now that I think about it... but If I bought a beater that was hit in the front I sill might try it.

 

CORRECTION: MOST of the gay ricer bullshit comes from SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA since san diego and all those cities are bordering mexico, and most of the ricers are mexican (no offense)....they like to put weird colored **** on their cars cause of "fast and furious" and all that bullshit....here in sacramento i am proud to say there is rarely a ricer driving around, we've pretty much hunted them all down

It actually seems like most of the SoCal people on that sight are asian or white, not that it matters. Rice comes in all colors.
