Indeed, it's commercialized, but in a better way then expected.
When I watched it, I sat around waiting for some **** to happen to the guy, and for him and his naive mind to get fucked over by someone.
But they didn't, and it's just a 100% feelgood movie.

I actually gained a little bit of hope for the world after watching it.
It was like the opposite of 2.5 men

This is moving off topic, but I don't know how anyone can watch a CBS comedy without immediately shooting themselves in the face afterward.

Finally downloaded it and watched it. Made me tear up like a little bitch. I didn't have English subtitles so I feel like I missed out on a lot of the interviews and whatnot

you didn't miss much without the subtitles

most of the interviews went like this:

"Ayrton, why do you crash so much"

"Because Prost is a little bitch"

"Why was you race/championship taken away"

"Because Prost's French buddy running FIA is a little bitch too"

I considered it, but then CBS would win, so I didn't.
It took 4 episodes of Dexter to stabilize.

I hate how the loud dramatic music will suddenly cut to a quiet interview.

Wasn't this made by a B-type director/producer from South America?

I can't believe they never mentioned the British GP when Nigel Mansel gave Senna a lift back to pits.

The sport was way cooler back when F1 drivers could toot dust and smoke millions of cigarettes and still dominate.
