Going to New Jersey on Monday for 2 weeks.

I'll be there for 2 weeks at Lakehurst for a Navy School I'm attending through the 30th. Anybody know of anything car related happening? I know one weekend I'll probably head into NYC and spend the night. I haven't seen GroundZero yet and this'll be my last chance for awhile.

I'll be honest I have no idea what the area is like... anything I have to do while I'm in New Jersey?

This time of year nothing goes on in that area.

There's a very nice paintball field in between Lakehurst Navy and Fort Dix. Cousin's Paintball.

There's probably still streetraces on Rt 37 on saturday nights, but you want to stay away from that. I haven't been to them in years but I hear they are pretty sad with the abundance of ricers.

Yeah you're basically in the middle of no where. Sorry. Paul doesn't live too far from there, you could hang out with him haha.

While in NYC, go to the Nat History Museum and the Hayden Planetarium. It's a must do.
Everything else (empire state bldg, 5th ave, etc) pales in comparison IMO.

+1 on the American Museum of Natural History. Its really something you should try and make a day out of if you have the time.

Cool, I'll put it on my schedule. I'll be there after 4:30ish. My dad and brother are there daily. It's a small place.

I don't work there officially, I just help out if needed and do most of their fab work. Paul's exhaust is welding training for my brother.

My day job is at Jesel which is another 10 minutes along rt. 70 towards the ocean. I could give you a tour but I really don't want to clean up my desk.
