Happy (early) Thanksgiving!
I started on the turkey tonight, I'm having a competition between myself and one of the instructors on post, he's baking his in the oven (lame) and you can guess what I'm doing with mine (it involves the Foster's can, my huge grill/smoker I got for my birthday last year, a bag of hardwood charcoal, a bag of Mesquite chunks, my own dry rub, and the butter/spice mixture that's oozing out of the bird where I injected it... http://smiliesftw.com/x/yumyum.gif )

1 C. white cinegar 1/2 C Worcestershire sauce 1 T sea salt 1 T white sugar 1 t onion powder 1 t pepper 1/2 t celery salt. Marinate the chicken halves (or pieces) in a sealed bag overnight.
