i love the play it by ear method....wonder what happens when someone leans on the cars...or spills his coffee.

 

Why would the urethane be still in the car? On finished produt one sees the seams between (fiberglass?) panels. I think they just made a negative mold, removed the pu and attached the created panels on the car.
