I just received the following text message. LOLed quite loudly right in the middle of the lab.
"You'd think in a place filled with engineers, this kind of thing wouldn't happen. I realize not everyone is a mechanical genius, but I'd have thought that the purpose of the hole in the toilet seat was self-explanatory. Perhaps an instructional diagram placed nearby would be helpful."
