Hello, what is wrong with enjoying cheese? It is, after all, the real deal farm cheese...

No problem with that. I think I enjoy cheese as much as you do.

I am pretty familiar with the amount of feta they throw on the lunch salads in your neck of the woods there...

I don't see anything wrong with a quarter pound of feta cheese in a salad.

Same with mozzarella..
You know, I drive through Thessaloníki every once in a while on my way to Kosovo. Maybe I should look you up and make a detour one of these days..

I'm located in Athens, only 500kms away from Thessaloníki.
I would be more than happy to meet you and give you a tour around.

I'm within half a pound of being able to say I've lost 25lbs since Valentines day... down from a Holiday's high of 265, now routinely seeing 241-242 when I wake up. I could easily cut down to mid 230's in a day (just to see it on the scale), but trying to do it by the book. Goal is 225 by birthday... July 6th. (I'm 6'5" iirc).

Running 5,6,7 miles a night depending on how my calves feel, and every other Sunday doing a 10'er.

Breakfast:
Small bowl of Cheerios or Chex w/skim milk
Saturdays pancakes with the kids or omelette at the local grubbery

Mid-Morn Snack:
Banana-nut Odwalla Bar or handful or Turkey pepperoni slices

Lunch:
Subway 6" Turkey/bacon/avocado on Ital herbs&cheese
or go home for whatever leftovers are there (2 mile commute... love living on base)

Mid Afternoon Snack:
PB or Choco Clif Bar... maybe chips from lunch if I didn't eat them.

Dinner:
You name it, normal food whatever the wife is cooking, standard family dinner fare... just small portions and always a big helping of veggies before I start on the main.

And no matter what, nothing nothing nothing to eat after 7pm.

I usually run after the kids go to sleep, anywhere from 7-11pm. Burn more calories than you eat and lose weight... couldn't be easier. I sleep like it's my ******* job... never slept so well.

Anyways... **** YOU ALL posting pics of huge-*** burgers and what not... **** YOU SIDEWAYS RIGHT INTO A BRIDGE SUPPORT!
