Taqueria Tacambaro in The Heights at the farmer's market. Holy ------- ---- ------- ---- ------- ---- ------- ----!!!! You want the tripe (best) and sweetbread tacos (2nd best). It's the best I've had by a long-shot. I've paid a lot of money for sweetbreads, this place has the best preparation I've ever had...which is no prep, just cut the fat off the gland and throw it on the grill. My GF and I had 11 tacos between us, lol. I never had Michoacán style street food, but it's the bomb.
